FAQ

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. If you've enabled cloud backup (premium), your data syncs through your Apple ID.

Can I delete a chart?

Yes. Open the chart, tap the edit icon, and delete it from there.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Collected uses a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There's nothing to cancel.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual charts from the chart's edit menu. You can also delete all local data from Settings.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. If you have a premium account with cloud sync, go to Settings → Account & Sync and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. If you're on the free tier, all data is local — deleting the app removes everything.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Tap the "Restore Purchase" button in Settings.

Does Collected work offline?

Yes, fully. All core features work without an internet connection. Cloud sync is optional and only available with the premium upgrade.

How many charts can I create?

Free users can have up to 4 active charts. Premium unlocks unlimited charts.

How do I get more stickers?

Browse the sticker marketplace from the home screen. New packs drop monthly — some are free, some come with premium.

Is my data private?

Yes. On the free tier, all data stays on your device — we never see it. Premium cloud sync is encrypted and associated only with your Apple ID. We don't collect analytics or sell data. See our privacy policy for details.
